Q: Personalization
What are the options for personalizing items?
A:
The majority of our items can be personalized in some way. The monogramming fonts and options are listed on the "Embroidery Options" page , under the Information section of the Table of Contents.
When ordering an item, be as specific as possible about how you would like it to be personalized. Include the monogram (for example: AVW--V is the last name) or name or letter and position.
The soaps and candles have their own engraving options, which are listed next to the items.
The acrylic and handmade stationary can be personalized with script or block fonts.

Can you help me personalize an item by providing advice on what looks good?

Absolutely. Please email us by clicking on the "Contact" button above. We would be happy to suggest colors and fonts.
Q: Purchasing Gift Cards
How do I purchase a gift card?
A:
Gift cards can be purchased in $30, $40, $50, $75, and $100 denominations. Click on the "Gift Cards" link under the Catalog section of the Table of Contents. When purchasing, please provide the name and email of the recipient, as well as your name and a message to include. The recipient will receive an email with a voucher code that is redeemable when they are ready to make a purchase.

How are Gift Cards redeemed?

When you are ready to make a purchase, follow the steps to add items to your shopping cart. The Gift Card can be redeemed by listing the Voucher Code in the appropriate field during the checkout process.

What shipping do you use?

Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. The approximate shipping time is listed on each item. Most items can be processed and shipped in 7 to 10 business days.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are based on total order cost.
Q: Shipping to Another Address
Can I ship an order to another address?
A:
Yes. Many people choose to ship a gift directly to the recipient. During the checkout process, please list the appropriate address to send the order. This will be a different address than your billing address. Please also list the recipients name, your name and a message you would like to include in the package. You are able to list these details in the "Comments" field during the payment process.
Q: Payments by Credit Card
What credit cards do you accept?
A:
Lizzie Rivers accepts Visa and Mastercard. During the checkout process, you should choose the PayPal option. PayPal processes our credit cards. On the next screen, you will have a chance to enter your credit card information.
Q: Payments by Check
Do you accept checks? If so, where should I send them.
A:
Yes. Lizzie Rivers accepts checks and money order. They should be mailed to 311 Vinings Vintage Circle, Mableton, GA 30126. If paying by check, your order will be processed once the check has cleared the bank.
Q: Payments by PayPal
Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment? If so, how do I use my PayPal account for my Lizzie Rivers purchase?
A:
Yes. Lizzie Rivers accepts payments via PayPal accounts. During the checkout process, you will be given an option to pay via PayPal. If you already have an account, you simply log in and transfer your money.
Q: Taxes
How are taxes calculated?
A:
Lizzie Rivers is located out of Lookout Mountain, TN. Based on tax laws, our Tennesse customers pay sales tax. All others will pay no sales tax. The taxes are calculated during the checkout process.
